Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns for exchange or credit notes for incorrectly selected items, change of mind, wrong size etc.
Our returns policy is for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase and we have not received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or credit note.

  • To be eligible for an exchange or credit note, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it, with tags still attached.
  • To be eligible for a full refund, your item must have arrived to you damaged or in an unsatisfactory state either faulty previous to being sent to you or becoming damaged in the shipping process, in these circumstances you must contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your purchase) so we can rectify the issue. We do not offer full refunds for change of mind.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept products that are intimate: i.e. Swimwear, Stockings, Lingerie, Earrings etc.
  • We can not refund Gift Cards.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping for returns or exchanges

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, both ways, unless there has been an error on our part either by an incorrect item being sent or an item being received faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
